My wife bought a computer over the phone today. I went to pick it up for her. Upon reaching the checkout, I was told I could not pick it up because my name was not on the order. I asked to speak to the manager. Spoke with the manager we got it all figured out. I applaud this location for protecting the customer. Even though I was frustrated the staff and manager treated me very well. I have lived in many other states and have never received the level of customer service that I received today from Best Buy.
