Disappointing service today. My parents wanted to replace their IPad. Salesman wasn’t very helpful, friendly or courteous. When asked if Best Buy would transfer data from the old iPad to the new iPad, the sales rep said it would be $40. We opted out. When we got the iPad home it took all of ten minutes to transfer the data. Probably won’t visit Farmington Best Buy for a while.

There is always an employee around to offer help and answer questions.
Product selection, especially new technology, is their strong point.
However, you have to do your homework if you're thinking of kitchen appliances as the staff doesn't seem to have strong product knowledge in that area.

I went in looking for a Chromebook I saw online. I didn’t find that one on display, but I did find one that I liked. The staff was attentive and I checked out quickly.
