  10 months ago, We went into the store to get service. I had it for 24 hours as they created a major headache for me with doing the paperwork wrong. I went to return the phones and they wouldn't take them back, so went to Las Cruces, where they helped me to return them. You have 30 days to return them, and the 9th they arrived at the warehouse in TX, where I shipped them back to. 2 weeks later, Verizon took over $600 out of my account after I canceled the plan, etc. The bank filed fraud against them and 2 days later, my money was returned. A few weeks later, Verizon again broke the amount into two payments, and I again went to the bank. I had to close my account due to the paperwork done wrong through the Deming store which is not a corporate store. My credit literally got ruined from this. After closing my account, I fought Verizon to restore my credit and to remove collections against me. They denied me returning the phones, or any wrong. Flash forward to last month--10 months into this nightmare. I had a collections agent actually help me settle this problem. They investigated, proved I had returned the phones, got it off my credit report, and now I am slowly waiting for my credit score to go up. It takes 3-6 months to restore after a mess like this. The person who did the paperwork screwed up totally on the whole works. I do NOT recommend going here at all. A10 month nightmare of something I did not owe, or do anything wrong finally ended. I read the typical response from Victra was to contact them through an email to resolve this issue. No need to contact them as its been resolved. By myself And of all companies, a credit collector who helped me with the dispute.

  Pls don’t go to this verizon store. They will ripped you off. I paid 490 outright for an existing old line - for 1 iphone 16, 1 apple watch and 1 ipad. Then i was billed 486 more and my monthly bill went up to 380 plus. I called them but they never answer.
