She took the time to clearly explain all the available plans and helped us choose the best option for our needs. She also assisted us with setting up the phone, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place, especially if Rosa is there to help you!

  I went for a "free phone" that ended up costing me 50 plus, then I asked more than 3 times if my bill was gonna get bigger than a certain amount the main last said no but it did then I had to go back more than two times to tell them only for them to delete everything and get my account deactivated for lack of payment even though they are the ones that deleted everything. They told me if I paid through the phone it would add it but didn't.

  I would not go here, I asked the supervisor to give me a call thru Maribel, if that is truly her name? She may have not have given him the information? I gave her my name and number Saturday evening. It's Tuesday, no call, no tx? Is this how you treat a customer? She represents Cricket, and all manner on how she was trained. I got in contact with her, because of my elderly mother, she need a phone, I gave her some money to get a phone, so she can keep in contact with me, my father drove her over. She got a free phone, and she paid the service. I was very happy for her. A day later, she sees it to hard for her, to work with. She goes the next day, and trays to get a refund. She told her no. Blames it on her corporate office, on line, I called it up. They said they had no problem with it. I would have to talk to the supervisor of that store. And also let me know, each one is individually owned. Meaning that they have no ties to them. They only carry there brand name, They cannot investigate this. This is very sad. But true. I would Rather go to El paso Cricket, where I am treated better, as a person, With a staff, that can help, not lie, or give me the run around. Help others, and the outcome is better, you have more people, coming into your store, because they will be great full.
