  Went to look at phone line prices and this dude was just on his phone playing phone games and his girlfriend was just in the way. I guess he was more interested play games than helping a customer out!

  Long story short I ordered an upgrade online for an I Phone 16 Pro Max which was ready for pickup later that afternoon. No problem there. I went that same evening to pick up the new phone. Again no issue with that. The sales guy went to the back, got the new phone, handed it to me and said “that’s it.” He more less said they aren’t willing to move the saved information off of the old phone to the new one. Didn’t offer to activate it. Didn’t want to hear about buying a screen protector, a case for it, or a charger. Just handed me the phone and that was it. What does that say about their customer service? So I went to Vorizon Cellular Sales on the north side of Carlsbad and they were happy to activate it, moved over the information, and I bought the accessories for it there. I’ll never go back to Russell Cellular again…
