  Takes 2 people to deal with 1 customer. Couldn’t check me out as it seemed whoever opened didn’t do a cash out. Couldn’t use coupon they said it’s online only which no where in the text did it say online only. Complete waste of time

  Personally she was very knowledgeable and respectful to me in my interactions, the next day however the sales associate of her was on his personal phone with friends visiting and carrying on not really being respectful and attentive to my wife and daughter with their issues that needed resolve.

  I received the best service here of any cellular store I've ever been to. I walked in with no previous Verizon account and walked away with my smartwatch activated on its own plan with it's own number!
