My wife was trying to find a new phone to upgrade to, but she was often dismissed with their own personal conversations or what was on their personal phones. Not to mention that the two women behind the desk were speaking poorly about an elderly customer who had come in before us. Rude, snide, and unprofessional. The music in the store was all about sex and drugs and there were children in the store. Retrain your employees, because clearly they don't care about their professional image.
