After waiting over an hour to be helped, we were convinced to set up a business account (since we have an LLC). We were led to believe we could take advantage of free business internet if we set up a business account. That was false. Not only were we billed $99/month, but we had to pay off a more than $300 router to get out of this sham arrangement that came with NO DOCUMENTATION of the arrangement. They also gave us a "direct line" to call as business customers that was disconnected. Needless to say, we are dumping Verizon completely. Don't fall prey to the deceptive practices happening at this store.
