Beware! I have a business plan with 12+ devices. All of my devices were paid off. My monthly bill was approximately 530.00 ish. I went into this store to switch some devices. The guy (who left shortly after) told me that I was paying too much and he could save me about 150.00 per month if I signed up for a new promotion which included all new devices. The business rep Fred stepped in and assured me what they told me was correct. After getting new devices and a new contract, my monthly bill went up to approximately 800.00+
I called Fred several months and he always said “I’ve got to apply the promotions” my bill is still high and now i can’t get ahold of Fred.
This store is not a Verizon story but ran by a 3rd party vendor. Their turnover seems high as their employees lie to get their numbers up then leave with the consumer eating it. Disgusting to say the least.

Be careful at this third-party Verizon store. Both times I’ve been here, reps changed my plan without clearly explaining or getting proper consent.
During a recent upgrade and trade-in, I was told my bill might go up about a few dollars. Instead, it went up almost double after they added services and upgraded my plan without explaining it upfront. I never received any paperwork — when I asked, I was told the printer was out of ink.
On top of that, the rep helping me was constantly texting on her personal phone and barely made eye contact, which felt very unprofessional. The manager later said the plan change was “required” for the discount, but that was never disclosed at the time.
Poor transparency and professionalism. Proceed with caution.
