- LCLuis Caraveo4 days ago1.0Be careful at this third-party Verizon store. Both times I’ve been here, reps changed my plan without clearly explaining or getting proper consent. During a recent upgrade and trade-in, I was told my bill might go up about a few dollars. Instead, it went up almost double after they added services and upgraded my plan without explaining it upfront. I never received any paperwork — when I asked, I was told the printer was out of ink. On top of that, the rep helping me was constantly texting on her personal phone and barely made eye contact, which felt very unprofessional. The manager later said the plan change was “required” for the discount, but that was never disclosed at the time. Poor transparency and professionalism. Proceed with caution.
