He explained my options, was very transparent with every aspect the process. He even reached out the morning of my appointment to let me know the phones I wanted were back ordered. He was concerned that would impact my decision. It only made the decision easier. When I went into the store he was ready and made the process simple. He even filled out the rebate forms I needed to be reimbursed for the payoff of my previous phones. I couldn’t recommend anyone higher than I would recommend David.

Once I arrived the lady made it completely clear to show she was annoyed she had to get off her phone to assist me. Once she grudgingly asked how she could help me and I told her she turned her head away not saying a word typing on her computer. And well that's the story of why I still choose tmobile.
