    I was interested in switching from tmobile, so I made an appointment for a quote. Once I arrived the lady made it completely clear to show she was annoyed she had to get off her phone to assist me. Once she grudgingly asked how she could help me and I told her she turned her head away not saying a word typing on her computer. And well that's the story of why I still choose tmobile.

    Someone stole my iPhone at a park event. Mark, my customer service rep was extremely helpful. He helped me set up a lock on the phone and also help me put a message on the phone just in case somebody turns it on. I'm very grateful for his help.

    Needed a new iPhone, yet did not want to change plans. Eli (I believe was his name) found us a deal to get a new phone and keep our currant plan. He also found us two deals, one for a discount on our monthly bill, and one percentage off our monthly bill. He made our transition to our new phone a very easy experience and saved us a lot of money. We have been with Verizon since the 1980's and this is why.
