I called customer service to get the number forwarded to a cell that I know will work. This is my business main number so it's critical to get the calls. They couldn't do it and suggested to go to the store i bought it from for additional customer service. As soon as I get there they started giving me the run around. Totally unprofessional at resolving my problem. Forwarding a number is basic telecommunications programming. Nothing special. Verizon technicians are incapable of basic programming. The sales people are there to make a buck but are not capable of coming up with solutions after the sale. I would highly suggest using T-Mobile in the Albuquerque area. They're a much more capable telecommunications company here
