Have had actual help once from a person at this location. Told to call the 1-800 number to get service. Went into speak to a manager and was told they are on a conference call and they couldn't be bothered to come talk with me. Been given the run around by the technical support and internet that goes out every couple days that i have to call and speak to someone for over an hour to get it back up for it to go down again a couple days later. Was told by customer support that my area cannot support 5G service despite that's what I've been paying for for over a year. Told i was getting my plan changed and a bill credit applied for this. Now they are telling me that the bill credit is for a faulty device that still doesn't work. Was sold on how fast and reliable their service is, it's anything but. Their faulty internet service has left my business unable to conduct business during peak holiday season and the best I can get is call the 1-800 number.

Both men were extremely knowledeable, patient, and friendly. Kudos to both Michael and J P. I highly recommend the Verizon store on Louisiana and Uptown in Albuquerque.
