I told my husband let's just go and at that time a young man came at got our name and put it in the queue. I honestly thought we are going to be waiting forever before someone comes and helps us. Christian called our name and, for about 2 1/2 he worked so hard getting my prepaid account to post paid. At one point he was on 3 different phones trying to get a hold of a customer service representative. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Thank-you again Christian!! Why I gave 4 stars is because of the customer service on the phone while they were nice it just took a long time to get someone on the phone. Christian waited 30 minutes before someone answered.

Went in for a screen protector and to ask about my bill, they didn’t have what I was looking for and the sales rep sarcastically commented on the situation and didn’t offer any alternatives. While talking, I over heard another sales rep whom was a lady yelling at other customers who didn’t hear very well. They were both very rude and unhelpful. So I guess if you like that sort of thing this is the place for you. Unprofessional.
