They aren’t open until 2:30? What about people who show in a serious situation just to see your hospital closed. A WASTE OF TIME

No. Just no. DO NOT GO. Before this promotion for a free first visit, I took my newly-adopted senior cat in for a basic checkup and ear mites. First time there. Took almost 2 hours of my time, sitting in my exam room. They did NOTHING for my cat. (I had to laugh when the vet tech told me that she thought that my cat "might" have ear mites. LOL She didn't know for certain. LOLOLOLOL) They charged me $270 for that totally worthless visit. Then I took my cat to Manzano Animal Clinic for a free first visit. Manzano did everything for my cat and charged me only $23. Do the math. And do not go to VCA. And, VCA, DO NOT tell me that you do not have a record of me and my cat.

Refused us service for our bulldog because we wanted to speak with the vet. Dr Martin told us to leave because we didn't want to speak third person with the tech who knew nothing about his heart condition which was costing us over $400 per month. I don't think wanting to speak directly with the vet is an unusual request. I am not the only person that has had this experience unfortunately.

So I take a cat up to have a check up done. This cat showed up at my house and after a few weeks I caught it and took it in to have it checked out. The tell me it's female and we chop the cat and book it for a spay, even paid 400+ to give the cat and ultrasound. A few week later I'm back for the spay and drop the cat off and go to work and get a call the the cat is actually a neutered male. So everyone's embrassment . I go and get the cat and figure that's that right. Oops... but no here were months later and they're still charging my credit card for an operation that was never preformed. They got their 400 for the ultrasound the preformed on a MALE cat to make sure he wasn't pregnant. I don't know what kind of tech was ruin the show there but a deft hand could have saved me a bunch of money. And they're still charging me for the spay. Look them up with the BBB they aren't even an accredited business. Stay away from this place
