  I want to thank Cisdy and Victor the amazing service I received when I visited the store I September 12 2026, especially after I had just left another cricket store where the female employee made me feel like I had did something wrong to her by coming in,I actually thought it was closed, being the lights were off and no open or closed sign. Anywho I did an online order and I had made a mistake on the activation part and Cisdy was able to figure it out with minimal information and fix my mistake , I honestly appreciate the effort from both her and victor and how they were able to help numerous customers with their issues and made it all look very easy.

  Called this cricket authorized dealership and spoke to two women on Saturday Jan 4, 2025 at 9 :15 in the morning so that The manager can hang up on me twice. I had a situation with a bill and a question that I needed assistance with. She stated she cannot help me. I asked if I could have Regional manager contact me so that he and I could come to a possible resolution for it it’s not even that complicated of a problem And the young woman who was a manager hung up on me and told me they didn’t give out regional manager’s number which is not what I asked for. I asked if she could have a regional manager contact me she stated no and Hung up on me twice. This is a cricket authorized dealership. She acts like she owns this store. She completely denied me having access to the regional manager in anyway shape or form just completely hung up on me. All I really wanted for her to do was have a regional manager call me email them or something so that they can help me solve this issue since she was not able to but then again she never made really an attempt in the City Of Las Vegas NM they weren’t the same owners and so therefore basically it’s not their problem. It’s not this Cricket wireless problem to fix. This is really really bad service here. I don’t ever remember being treated quite this unprofessional, and I don’t even understand her attitude because I didn’t have an attitude with her. All I needed was help. I don’t know if it was too morning in the morning for her to be there or what was going on but it was pretty bad. If this is the kind of service cricket offers and they refuse to allow you to speak to management that can assist you with problems that they cannot help with or will not help with. I’m not sure that I’m Comfort dealing with cricket at this point. Also, the woman who is the manager refused to identify herself by name or even buying an employee number. This was such a shady, unprofessional communication. Leaves me very, very very of dealing with cricket wireless. If they employ people unprofessional, and these people are that comfortable acting this unprofessional, and presenting themselves this way makes you wonder the kind of training that they’ve had and how management conducts business

  Horrible knowledge The two male employees when I visited on 12/26/23 4:30pm Couldn't help me and didn't know anything. Only how to take payments or sale stuff. One of the employees with a black North face jacket. He just played with a Deck of card and walked around. and could not answer any of my questions. POOR customer service!! They definitely need more training or simply don't care about the jobs they have. Either way I will not be visiting this store again.

  Jazmin was really helpful helping me switch over from metro to cricket i really do recommended this location. They even explained about the affordable connectivity program and how i could get approved for it
