- FSFellicity the sillyguyJul 14, 20251.0Went with Chris Watchman (she also left a bad review) to try and get our payment back because they declined our money and WILL withhold our hard earned money and won't return it to us until next month. They gave us the run around, while telling us there's nothing they can do about it. EVEN THOUGH their own company's operator said to clearly go back to where you purchase the phones and ask them to print out a paper specifying a statement that our payment was cancelled and not authorized by them (PayPal authorized payment to go through but Cricket didn't..). All the while this same problem was recommended by one of the employees we purchased the phones and lines from, that we can pay our bill through their app with ease (which in fact started this situation in the first place for the refusal of our payment to go through.) And their reasoning for all this is either blaming us for paying too late or that we should've paid directly at their store, please keep in mind this "help" was recommended by the same person who told us to pay via the app. If you don't want this to be a possibility happening to you, I'd take your money and business elsewhere. Also if I could give less than 1 star, I would.

I understand they are retailers, I did not make the payment through them. They are AUTHORIZED retailers so it stands to reason that they could call customer service for me to find out the situation and HELP me rectify the situation to pay them. He did not care enough to hear my issue. I bought my 3 phones from this store. 3 new lines with phone and an additional line for about 580 bucks and the reoccurring bill of 150. Due to being 2 weeks late I tried to pay via the app. Cricket declined the payment. Before this incident I spent 2 hours trying to sort this out so I could pay the bill. Per their customer service rep, they advised me to ask the authorized dealer if they could assist me. "They Should be able to help, I don't see why they wouldn't be able to print something on a letterhead." This particular store flat out or refused. I'd recommend a different dealer.
