- AGA GJun 6, 20251.0Went in for an upgrade had the iPhone 14 you're stupid employee downgraded me to a cricket debut. Lied to me said it was on 5G towers this phone is only 4G!!!! Went in the next day to return it to get a new one and he told me I'm stuck with that one. I am not satisfied and I will be taking this matter into legal terms judging from the price of my trade in you guys stole my money and ripped me off. I've dealt with crappy phone carriers but this is the worst. I do not recommend cricket I am going to be leaving this stupid company. You should see this phone it won't even turn the flash on while you are recording a video. It takes 16 seconds to open up every app. The phone takes 7 minutes to start up. It is laggy and it won't even load my banking app or even a video on YouTube worst mistake of my life going to cricket!!!!! You can go into there with phone problems and they'll try to sell you a new phone even if there's nothing wrong with yours cricket is a complete scam stay away from this company!!!! Not to mention they charge me an extra $10 on every bill just because of my paydate the day after my bill cycle and they told me they can't change that....
