  If I Could Rate This Store Less Than A Star I Would !!! EVERY APPLIANCE IVE GOTTEN FROM THIS STORE HAS BROKE. With in a year I’m in here asking them to fix my stuff and they never can . I spent 2k in here on stuff for them to tell me they can’t fix shit !! And mind you allllll my appliances are in PERFECT condition. I have no kids I use them for school. First it was my 1700 computer and now my 400 iPad. NEVER BUY YOUR STUFF FROM THIS STORE GO TO THE OTHER ONE !!!!!!!!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you

  Went literally last minute for Christmas day before an wow!!! It wasn't as busy as everyone made it out to be I literally walked in went to the back found a worker asked about a ps5/switch 2 they had both fully stocked made my decision got extra controllers,games etc... Paid an was out withing 25mins the guy who helped me for real was first class with info on both an his recommendation were right there 👏 👍 I went an did the ps5 fortnite edition cause my kid is a gamer, an come Christmas morning it was well worth it.. Definitely was glad I went to this location an that guy was working cause he swayed me away from the switch 2 for now 😆 his bday is around the corner switch 2 for the win 🏆 🤣 just glad Best Buy had a worker that cared an was extremely knowledgeable.

  There was a lady there who worked there but not in her blue polo but she was literally taking pictures of people. Only reason I say she worked there was because she was talking to an employee all buddy buddy. When I was kinda close to her to pass her I just heard a camera sound click. I first thought she was taking a photo of an item but it was literally someone she took a picture of. Maybe not just that one person either. Then she looked down at her phone playing it off. There was this other man who looked like he was just starring at people even me like as if I was going to steal and following us. This is the worse best buy, go here if you want to feel uncomfortable!!

  I hate leaving bad reviews but today we went on store to buy some headphones. Store was empty, my husband asked for help we were told they would call someone to help us, we waited well over 15 min, so my husband asked the same guy who insisted he wasn't the person he asked the first time so we apologized went back to waiting (after he said he would call someone again), we waited at least another 15 min. The guy who told us to wait which (we are 100 percent positive was same guy who said he was calling someone) was standing around literally snacking on something no customers no nothing. We left after over 30 min of waiting and drove to the westside store. We will NOT return to this store.

  We had a great experience with our Geek Squad tech today. Ian was very patient when I was having difficulty locating my account, he was very friendly towards me and my little ones, and very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to our tech issue. He didn't make us feel rushed and gave us great product recommendations. Thank you Ian!!
