When I came in Sunday to pick up my system, Ariana was extremely rude, short, and condescending—talking over me and refusing to listen, even after I’d called ahead about running a few minutes late. I was embarrassed in front of other customers and honestly considered taking all my business elsewhere. Thankfully, Johnny the manager and Stephen from Geek Squad were the complete opposite—friendly, professional, and helpful. They resolved my issue right away. If it weren’t for Johnny and Stephen’s professionalism, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. Ariana’s attitude was unacceptable and disappointing for such a reputable company.
