    There were A LOT of staff members in-store. My gf and I were looking for a Christmas present for our son. We wandered every section of the store, spent about 2 hours total inside. We had questions about several items. No one approached at any point to ask if we needed help. We left without buying anything. The days of stores like this Best Buy are numbered for reasons like this. Good riddance

    There was some problems with labeling of their products but the employees were very helpful Brady specifically. He was very patient and knowledgeable with what I needed and willing to help rather than pass me on to someone else. Great service to help me get everything figured out.

    I ordered a product from Best buy which said it was at this location. I paid for it. I arrived at the location and I was told it was at the warehouse and it would be an hour. after waiting an hour and a half I was told that there was no way for them to know how long it would take. I would suggest confirming with the store that they actually have the product they say they have and that it's not in their warehouse because it will take hours to receive it update after the fact I was told to call the customer service line to inquire about store credit and the customer service line told me it was actually the store that I needed to go to so seems like I have been misled. I returned to the store and asked them about this and they still say that it's customer service. so both parties are saying it's the other person and that no one can do anything. I'm extremely disappointed and I would not recommend this location 2nd update: Best Buy on the Westside was able to help with what this store said they couldn't

    Called Geek Squad to ask a question and was insulted for not being a computer expert and making a bad decision concerning my computer. I explained my problem which was paraphrased back to me as "So you bought something without checking to see if it was compatible first?" Yeah, dude. I'm calling to ask for your help, not be looked down on. I wanted to upgrade my case fans and the 4 pin pmw fan won't connect to the 3 pin cable and I figured there would be an easy way to do that: change the power supply cable itself, get a 3 to 4-pin adapter (that would make the pmw not function, but I'm ok with that). I had purchased an adapter that claimed to work, but it didn't fit my existing cables (hence the reason for my call).

    I really don't like to write reviews like this, but I feel it is warranted and buyers beware. Especially if you live in the East Mountains. We purchased a dishwasher on November 22, 2025. We had to wait for it to come in and the installation was scheduled for December 6th. Okay, December 6th rolls around and they were a no-show. They claim we had snow-packed roads and that our driveway was not cleared, so they could not get in. Sounds crazy but true. I have pictures of the streets and driveway to post. It was 52 degrees that day. Called the store and of course got bounced around with no result Best Buy reschedule for December 10th. Well, I got a call on the 9th saying he is on his way, and of course, we were not prepared and I told him that we received an email stating delivery is on the 10th. He told me he would be here today on the 10th between two and three. Never showed up. I feel as if we have been more than patient and we are requesting a refund. I am sure that will be a fight as well. Horrible customer service and would never recommend or do business with them again. UPDATE: Our dishwasher was installed on the 10th, and we received a credit of $43 for the inconvenience.
