Definitely not a fan at all… make the reps commission based so they can’t get out there and hustle harder…. iPhone is great the product overall is great but the employees are 50/50 but I understand each there own not judging every employee because I only talked to 3… the only reason a 3 star is because I have had a apple product since I was kid:)

Ended up going to a phone repair place instead. Got the phones battery replaced within 30 minutes and cheaper. Most employees in the store were nice but not her! She needs a different job asap!
