They insisted what I needed was “impossible” to fix — yet I went home and figured out the solution myself in minutes. When I returned and kindly offered to show them how to fix it for future customers, they refused to even look. That kind of dismissive attitude says a lot about the toxic, lazy culture that’s taken hold at Apple retail. It’s sad to see how far the brand has fallen from its roots of curiosity, problem-solving, and customer care. I truly hope corporate leadership takes a hard look at what’s happening in their stores, because Apple’s reputation is starting to mirror its worst critics.

Never do. The insisted that I had a pin and would have paid this way. Since I didn’t have a pin, I was told that they would have to put the return on a different card, but when they said this to me, it was the tone that took me aback. “This is the first and only time that we will do this for you”! No thank you. No goodbye. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store over the years. Do better!
