  Eric at the Genius Bar was amazing and helped me figure out the issue with my iPad. But I noticed some odd vibes from the other staff when working with him. At one point it looked like I might need a new device and suddenly other staff members were hovering. He had to explain several times we were checking on the outcome of my factory reset before commitment to purchase. Sales people kept trying wrap up our interaction so they could work with me, one offering to take over so he could get back to the next customers at the Genius Bar. I was still the active customer! I was relieved he got my device fixed and I didn’t have to work with the sales people. Thanks for being exactly the kind of customer service I needed Eric. You took time to listen, find the problem, and use the tools and resources available to you to help me. You even connected me to resources I didn’t know were an available. You’re great at your job! On your help alone 5-stars easily. But I’m knocking this place down a couple points because it was clear only new device sales were important. You’re a billion+ company Apple. Those of us with repairs matter too.

  ‘Greeter’ at door advised me it would be an hour before he could help me because he was going on a break . I did not have an appointment. Or I could make an appointment for tomorrow. What? What about allowing the next greeter person who is not going on break to advise me ? The individual was very insolent .

  Brought my phone to get repaired because the phone got corrupted, they said the phone would be done at 230. I came in at 230 and they said it would be done in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later the phone still wasn’t done and when they finally brought it out they needed to fix the screen also which took another 2 hours. I came back and they said it would be done in 10 minutes and I waited another 45 minutes for it to be fixed. When I finally got the phone back the zoom in dial on the side didn’t work. 2 weeks later I dropped the phone and it started making a rattling sound so I brought it back to the store to be fixed. Somehow the screws near the charging port had fallen out ( most likely due to me dropping it or they didn’t put the screws in all the way) and they said they cannot fix it because someone else has tampered with the phone.

  My wife wanted to pay cash for a brand new iPhone and she had to wait an hour for a staff member to speak with her. Several staff were available but most said they couldn't sell phones. Pathetic customer service. We may have to go to Best Buy or Amazon!

  I’m not going to lie, I came to the store kind of distressed. I have an iPhone 16 Pro and it’s not even a year old, the audio wasn’t great. Ivan helped me and cleaned out my speaker really well. He was helpful, polite, professional and I left the store not pissed off anymore. Thank you Ivan, you redeemed Apple products for me because I was ready to get an android.
