  I went in this store yesterday added a phone line and paid my bill cash as I normally do. They didn't put my whole payment towards my phone and my phone got shut off and on top of that they were trying to charge 500+ dollars and when that got questioned they fixed it and went down too 314.00. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

  It depends which one you go to. The one on manaul, now they are always kool. The one on 4th that one ??

  The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet you as soon as you walk in no matter how busy they are. You get in get your business done and get on your way. I like that. I wish all my transactions went as smooth as the ones at that cricket location. Keep up the good work and to the manager give them a raise. Good employees are hard to find and keep. I'm just saying. Another visit this month to pay my bill. Same as it ever was. Friendly greeting fast service with a smile. Hard to find thes days. If you don't take care of these people they can go work anywhere they choose. Keep up the good work guys. I'm trying to let them know how good you guys are at your jobs.

  Minimal phones available. You can have a cheap phone or an expensive one. No betweens. This is a Cricket problem not a location or staff rating.
