  I felt the service was so rude This lady Didn’t want to help me so she sent me to another lady And that lady was already busy with another people so I was just standing there And this other guy had came up to me, asked if I needed help And I’m literally going into college and you said I didn’t qualify for the student discount Because I’m barely starting or I haven’t even started which is so weird because I went in the day before and I couldn’t get my purchase the day before because I had blocked Apple on my Cash app because sometimes it would randomly take out money And so I went in today and that’s when the situation happened and now I’m crying in my car Because I just feel so embarrassed to miss placed And they felt they were laughing because some girl looked over and started laughing At what I don’t know because they weren’t talking before, which made me also feel very insecure

  Very disappointed in the service I received today I have been to this store many times and have never been treated badly or spoken down to before this. I will no longer be doing business here due to this. Even though your comments are not directly stated snide remarks are not okay. Please do not give them your business they are very rude. Person I was working with bluntly said I wished people would just go home but instead they come here. Did not resolve my issue and basically just walked away. Boo apple do better

  This is the first time I’ve ever written a review for anything, but this store broke my phone and refused to fix it. I came into the Apple Store this past July to get my iPhone battery fixed. I made an appointment but was not able to be seen until almost an hour after the start time. After they did the service while I was walking to the car, my volume button stopped working. I did not drop or anything like that. I called the apple care service to see if I could get it fixed because it happened minutes after the service (and it seemed logical to me something had gone wrong with the battery replacement) and they made me an appointment at a different Apple Store. This time, I was told because the tech had done a function test the moment the service was done, it must have been me who broken my volume button, even though I had never had problems with it in the past and it happened in my pocket on the way to the car. When I asked if they could fix it for a price, they said no I would need to buy a new iPhone. I decided to live with it because at least my battery was fixed but now less than a year later my battery is just as bad as it was and my volume button turns down the volume on my phone calls without me pressing it. I have always been a loyal Apple customer but this has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. I would recommend anyone who does pay for Apple care to get their device fixed elsewhere and to buy an android next time.
