  My fiance was in this store a few days ago and purchased the new razor phone. After only a day of having the phone the main screen went black and only the front is working. He called to see if he could get it replaced as he has the receipt and was told to send it through his warranty, but was also told to come back to the store to talk to the support people over the phone so they are giving him the run around. I don't understand if he paid so much for a brand new phone it should be working. It's even more of a hassle because he lives an hour away so it's not easy for him just to pick up and go. Need better customer service and help when the phones they sell don't work.

  Steer clear don't waist your time brought new phone and 2 days in phone screen is now black called store representative Izzy was very rude and unprofessional will be canceling my service because of this place

  I went into my local Cricket Wireless store on 08/06/2025 at around 2:30pm to switch my cell phone service from T-Mobile to Cricket. Before I switched, I asked the associate if my Apple Series 10 cellular watches (which were locked on my old network) would still work if I switched my phone service. The associate told me it wouldn’t be a problem because it has its own phone number and service. I went ahead with the purchase based on his misinformation. On 08/06/2025 and 08/07/2025, I spent several hours on the phone and in the T-Mobile store with my old service provider trying to get my watches to make calls and work again as they stopped working after switching my phone provider while leaving them on the old network. After 5 different support techs, 2 different plan changes, and a separate call to Apple Care, I was finally told by Apple that the watches MUST be on the same service to work (even with separate numbers). I went back to T-mobile on 08/07/2025 at around 11:30am and transferred my service BACK to them so my watches would work again. I then called Cricket Wireless at around 9am and again at around 2pm and asked for a refund based on the information provided. The representatives I spoke with told me first they had a no refund policy. After asking for a manager they then told me they didn’t deal with refunds over the phone and I would need to go into the store. 08/08/2025 at around 1:15pm, I went into the store with my receipt in hand to get a refund. The store manager said he would give me a refund except that I cancelled my service. He claimed if I hadn’t cancelled my service and ported my numbers he could refund me. As it were I was out of luck and out $321.44

  Im a cricket customer I got a new phone needed a screen protector attached .The young lady named Devin was nice enough to help me and was very professional great customer service skills . Thank you Devin.

  We came at 12 and they said they would be gone for lunch until 1:20 we waited until 2 and there was still no one and the doors were locked.
