  Very good service! The man working there today helped me to find the right charger for my labtop, nobody else had it but this store, he had a lot of knowledge about the products in the store and was able to correctly identify the right charger that worked with my labtop. Very friendly, helpful and intelligent great service really helped me to solve my problem and get the right charger. Thanks for the help much appreciated!

  I called this store and asked them if I could use my best buy gift card to buy PlayStation store gift cards. The associate told me to visit the store and they will try it for me. The next day when I visit the store, a guy just tells me the machine will take it but he won't do it because it's against the policy. My question is , if it's against the policy then why did your people dragged me into the store? My time and fuel has no value? And you're also telling me that yeah my system will allow it, but I won't? If you told me this on phone call, I wouldn't have visited right? Going to Walmart next time.
