    Bought a membership to get 50% off an overpriced 12volt adapter and I was told I can cancel the membership no problem online. Tried doing it for several days with no luck. I had a chance to go into the store and service told me the global contract ID number on the receipt is the wrong number and Best Buy do it all the time. The girl at the service counter wrote the correct one on the receipt and told me it was over 30 days, she could not cancel it and when I do online there are going to be charges to me. I told her I have been trying to cancel it weeks ago, she had no answer. Why do Best Buy put the wrong GCID on the receipt.

    How much perfume can someone wear?according to best buy there are accessibility rules when I complained to the guy at the geek squad counter that I couldn't breathe because of the stench of after shave he told me it was my problem after that he got vicious and wanted to fight. So unprofessional never expected to be bullied by a 300lb man because of there mistakes I am a 150lb canadian forces veteran unbelievable

    I am very pleased with my purchase of the Samsung S25 Plus on December 31, 2025. Samir, a store employee, was very helpful. He was friendly, polite, and patient. He listened to all my questions and requests, and helped me with the paperwork and delivery of the phone. Thank you very much!

    I can't believe how much my opinion keeps falling for this place, I know the original quality and there are individuals there who are great. But now after a Christmas where the gift asked for was a nice set of headphones without a mic they go here is a gaming headset with a fixed position mic just move it out of the way and a geek squad who told straight up lies saying a computer with a newly upgraded MOBO was not booting was because ram in different pair slots that have the same profile except size would cause the entire system to not post, even when I only had perfect matching and when only a single stick was in... And when I had them show me how they thought it should go in they wouldn't even bring out a power cable to see if it would post. So after another trip home with it checking and it still not posting it turns out it was a doa MOBO which they said there was no chance of it being the problem. I sincerely wish I could rate below 1 star
