    I bought an expensive screen protector that the geek squad custom cut for your cell and is on warranty for a year. Shortly after installing, it failed, brought it back to get a new one but they were out. Told me they would call when it comes in. After a few weeks I called and called. Then I had to go to the store again since it's impossible to contact the store. Once there, they tell me it's not in yet. So I had to buy a screen protector somewhere else and then I went back and asked for my money back and it was denied. They said the screen protector is on warranty and when they get it in store, I can then have it installed on my phone. Just doesn't make any sense since it's just not available when you need one. What are you supposed to do? Wait a year without a screen protector!? And they wouldn't have the decency to call you. You would just need to waste your time and run to the store every week to check? I live 30 minutes away. What's wrong with them I wonder? I certainly will take my business somewhere else. Update. Best Buy asked me to reach out to them to resolve this and I did. Wasted an hour on the phone explaining and I received the usual run around. Stop wasting peoples time Best Buy! Get respect back if your business!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to work on customer service before, so I understand both customer and employees side of things, however, at this specific store, you couldn't get any worst customer service even if you tried. Take my advice, if you need something from best buy, order it online and pick it up in person, their employees are professionals at everything but customer service.

    Went in last Wednesday to look for a new fridge as mine had broken. Was ignored by one man, even though I said hello to him. When another couple walked in, a woman came in and, as she had seen me there prior and knew the couple came in after, ignored me to speak with the couple. I was continuously ignored for 25 minutes. I finally decided to leave. I came back after a few minutes, and was once again ignored until I found someone to answer my question. Ended up buying a fridge elsewhere due to the rudeness and lack of availability for fridges.

    Employees are untrained and lack customer service skills, product knowledge and common sense. Went in today to get some tablet accessories and look at a new microwave. The first woman we dealt with couldn't tell us anything about the stylus' on display and told us they only had the two types. We then found three other on our own and when we asked her if we could see them (they were locked in a drawer where you could barely see the box let alone read the details and specs) and if they were compatible with our tablet brand she pulled out her phone and asked Chat GPT then read it's answer to us. She also didn't offer to open the drawer or anything, just told us to return it if it doesn't work. Frustrated we then went to look at microwaves. A kind older employee (different woman) there started off the encounter well, complimenting the look of the microwave we were looking at. When I asked if she could tell me the price she agreed then opened her phone to text messages. She proceeded to read aloud to me her latest text message about the change of her appointment date, assured me it's fine because it won't interfere with her dentist appointment, Rea two more text messages then said 'alright let's scan that for you' then pulled up the best buy app and price checked it. Staff here have no idea how to handle customer interactions, extremely dissatisfied.
