However, I was seriously considering switching providers due to numerous issues that did not get resolved despite multiple attempts via phone, email and visiting another Bell location. I went to the Gander Best Buy location looking for Brandon specifically. This was in response to a Gander Connect post Brandon had made several months ago. I had high hopes and high expectations for Brandon and he did not disappoint. I would need more than the several hours, he spent with me, to adequately document his professionalism, patience, knowledge, customer centred focus, relationship building skills, ability to multi-task, leadership skills, etc. But suffice it to say, Brandon met and far exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend Brandon and his team. If you receive the high level of service I did, you won't be dissapointed.

He answered all of my questions thoroughly and walked me through the different options, helping me find the best fit for my needs and budget. His product knowledge was impressive, especially in explaining technical features in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell Donovan genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond to make sure I left with confidence in my purchase. Best Buy is lucky to have such a dedicated and customer-focused employee. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be looking for Donovan next time!
