Dropped my IphoneXR (Old School) the day before which left the touch screen inoperable. The team explained my three options and seamlessly I was out the door with a new phone and all my contacts and photos soon thereafter. They even followed up with a phone call the next day to check on my operating status, very impressive. Will go here for any future needs.

I get home and realize it was not the size I ordered. They entered the order wrong. I brought it back to the store and they pretty much said I am stuck with it. Do yourselves a favor forget about the Brick and Mortar stores especially this store and simply order your phone needs directly online.
