The geek squad and geek squad manger have been unhelpful. Twice I have showed up way before my appointment just in case someone did show up. Right now they said they were triple book, to me that means that there are three techs scheduled to work at a time. For the past 40 minutes only one person has been helped at a time with about a 5 min overlap of two people. There seems to be no policy if they show up even 18 min late to their 20 min appointment. I just had to drop my computer off to be shipped off for a physical repair.
At 4 20, after waiting 20 min for the general manager to get off break (completely underdstandble) at 4:26 told me 5-10 min. At 4:31 I got seen. I was done by 4:48 and still nobody had showed up for appointments that were booked solid until after 5 20.
I understand making appointments in advance means less of a line and is typically easier for everyone, but to not have a policy for walk-in appointments is unprofessional and not helpful customer service.
