- JSJuan Serrano2 days ago1.0I spent almost $5000 between my TV and my extended warranty on my Samsung 78 inch TV. I’ve had nothing but problems with it from the start. Now it doesn’t turn on. Let me tell you something When you leave the store with the TV of that size It’s not easy bringing it back , when I called the geek squad to come fix it 16 days it took for them to come to my house only for them to cancel the appointment on the 16th day for an unseen reason they said, now I have to wait an additional 14 days to get another appointment. Well I just like to say that this is unacceptable. I have been without a TV for almost a month and problems with it from day one. I would never recommend going to Best Buy for another product shop at PC Richards. They fix their own products. You don’t have to call the Philippines for help.
