I bought a computer from there. I waited 3 days for the setup. When I finally went to pick up the computer at the time they gave me, I waited another two and a half hours. The wait shouldn't have been that long. But the employees were very helpful and respectful. They were very supportive. I think they need more staff.

Went to return a gift with a gift receipt and rather than offering any options, the money was sent back to the card of the gift giver. Shouldn't I be given credit? It was my gift.

I visited this Best Buy to resolve a canceled order for a capture card bundled with a game and to request a price match. The staff were dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. One employee made inappropriate personal comments about how she shouldn’t have gone to work today , refused to escalate to a manager, and claimed there was “an owner” I could speak to ,which is clearly false for a corporate store. Even when asking politely for help, I was shrugged off and ignored.
This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I will be handling this issue through corporate support rather than returning to this location.

Woodland Park Best Buy – Unprofessional Supervisor Experience
I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I have ever encountered at any retail store, specifically with Supervisor David at the Woodland Park Best Buy.
I purchased a Dyson vacuum on August 27, 2025, which is still under the one-year manufacturer warranty. The product malfunctioned and even caused a physical injury to my hand due to improper instructions and safety issues.
Before coming to the store, a Best Buy Online supervisor (Harry) clearly instructed me that I could bring the damaged Dyson in for an even exchange.
However, when I arrived at the store:
• Supervisor David Woodland Park / NJ refused to help me, even after seeing my injured hand
• He mocked me and my sister while talking and laughing with other employees
• He took my phone and hung up on Best Buy Online Supervisor Harry, who had already confirmed that an exchange was allowed
• He ignored the documented instructions from Best Buy Online
• He acted dismissively, rudely, and completely failed to provide proper customer service
This behavior is completely unacceptable, humiliating, and unprofessional for a store supervisor.
I spent hours trying to resolve a warranty issue, only to be treated with disrespect and negligence.
I strongly urge Best Buy management to review this situation, because no customer should ever be treated this way by a store supervisor.
