Second time purchasing from Best Buy. The first experience was OK, but this time, they gave me a delivery window of 2-6 with an estimated time of 2:57. I cleared my schedule and rescheduled meetings with the exception of a meeting at 6pm. There's been no communication and when I finally spoke to customer service at 5:50pm, they told me that they will be here around 6:30 so now, I'm meeting an important meeting and all they can say is "sorry for the inconvenience". Very disappointed that with the amount of technology that exists for communication, their tracking and communication was terrible. Probably won't be going back to Best Buy to purchase anything again and we're planning on redoing our kitchen so will look for appliances elsewhere.

Best Buy was probably the best experience I have had. Oriana and Kevin were amazingly great help. We eventually purchased 3 appliances and their delivery was great and so informative and accurate. I purchased extended warranty as well.

Experienced a great appointment with Ryan, then Sky in Geek Squad -- awesome service and both very knowledgeable. Provided me with all of the necessary information and tools to get the laptop performing the way it should, once again. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

Professional staff, improved efficiency, and a smooth, convenient shopping experience every time.
There’s plenty of parking, visible security, and the store is immaculate.
I recently placed an order online to take advantage of the Rakuten 5% Cash Back offer — plus I used a credit card that gives cash back for purchases made at select stores. (Tip: always check your card’s portal for limited-time deals and actiate it before shopping!)
The next day, I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived that afternoon, parked at curbside pickup, and used the Best Buy app on my iPhone. After signing in, I tapped “I’m at the store,” entered my parking spot number, and within minutes, a friendly associate came out and gently placed my order in the back seat of my car.
I gave a small tip and said, “Thank you so much!” — they truly deserved it.
Quick, easy, professional — and always a pleasure shopping here!

If you want to order somenthing to be picked up in 1 hr ,and you pick it up the next 2 to 3 days thats your place to be !
If you need answers such as "we dont know" or "we have no clue" that your place to be !
You want to fell the "dont know vibe" thats your place to be !
Update :
Its been 3 days now,and no news on my order that was supposed to be picked up in 1 hr lol
warning for the other people, buy straight from the manufacturing companies ,straight from their web sites so you dont have to go thru i *dont know river*!!! Trust its much pleasant !
3 rd update after 4 days they have decided to cancel my order , after I got a phone call to release my order lmao thays best buy ladies and gentleman!
Lesson learned !!!
