I drove 25 min to get to the store only to be turned away because too many people came in before me and they would not have enough time to fix my phone in the 3 hours before closing. Now I had to extend the hold on my part & will be inconvenienced AGAIN! Not sure the Apple care is worth it to be treated this way.
