- KLKelly Lyons1 day ago1.0Do NOT come here. I am in disbelief. I was there in the morning, as my screen was having an issue. They talked me into a new laptop. TWO employees said I would get the most of the trade in value because the laptop is in perfect condition. Lo and behold, one hour later, I go back to get my laptop- and magically, there is no $ for trade in even though I had previous conversations with employees who made it clear I would get the full trade in (then shocker, upsold me to a more expensive laptop). Stay far far away.

The technician was very nice, polite, and took the time to carefully check my iPad. Unfortunately, the warranty had expired and there was no way to repair it, so I ended up buying a new one. The technician also helped me recycle the old device, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience
- MMMichelleJan 27, 20261.0I am in shock! I thought it was just me but feel comforted by the fact that I am not alone after reading all these horrific reviews- clearly this store has major issues!!! During my visit, I was treated in a manner that I found humiliating and discriminatory by a technician "jesse" and a manager "candace". The interaction escalated to the point where I requested to speak with the store manager "tammy", a request that was outright refused. I was instead told to contact corporate, which only compounded the situation. This store is desperate for employees to stand around with their blue shirts on and will hire anyone to do nothing. Because that is all they do. Sadly, Apple Customer Care no longer exists specifically at this store. Truly, a sad state of things. They have lost an apple customer.
