    Hello I writing because I had a because I had a terrible experience at Verizon. A extremely rude and unprofessional employee at one of your Verizon store in Westfield The employee, a larger woman who was seated when we entered, had a terrible attitude from the start — she clearly didn’t want to help, refused to get up from her seat at first, and spoke to us in a disrespectful and condescending way. When we tried to explain what we needed, she became defensive, accused us of having an attitude, and even cursed at us in the store. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and made the entire experience uncomfortable and upsetting. We ended up leaving without making a purchase and went to another Verizon location where the staff were professional and respectful. Please look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure no other customers are treated this way. I can provide more details if needed.
