    So rude!!! I called this Westfield location and tried to locate my order which should be ready yesterday. This person, who said her name was Linda didn't help me at all! She has zero knowledge and hung up. So rude. She needs better training and improve her behavior. Very disappointing. Please fix this issue.

    Thank you to Luis not only did I get excellent customer service but I saved money on the celular lines compared to the competitor across the street and I got free phones

    If I could I would give them a ZERO! Just awful to lie to a new customer off the back but to be lied to twice just absurd. Do not believe anything they say. Have them put it writing and make sure you sign off on it.

    The worse company! I've been with them for more than 20 years and they have donthing nothing to make it more affordable for me. I had my complete internet, home phone, and cellphone with them for decades and I took of my internet and home phone from them and continued with my cellphone but they never even try to lower my bill in the summer of this year I really go exhausted with Verizon and I say thats it. I switched to Mobile and I'm very happy with them. Now it is more than three to 4 months since I've left them and they are still withdrawing money from my account because I had auto pay with them and I owed them nothing so now Im going to have to fight with them to let stop taking money from.my account that a I dont owe them. This is a terrible company. I am not trying to put them down I've been wirh them for more than 20 years and woukd still be with them if they were treating like a valid customer.
