My dog struggles with severe anxiety, but the vet and the vet techs treated him with such incredible patience and genuine care. It didn't feel like a standard check-up; it felt like we were a team working together to make sure my dog was comfortable and happy. They truly looked at him like a dog they wanted to help, not just a patient. It’s such a relief to know he’s in the hands of people who clearly love what they do.

- AMAlyson MoyanoJan 2, 20261.0My cat was not eating or drinking. They ran a lot of expensive tests. I got the results in the evening and they were going to run another test. I called the next morning saying that my cat is dying and I think it’s time to put him down. They said they were going to cancel the second test but the doctor would have to make the call to put him down. I called back because my cat had passed. Then three days later they charge me for the second test. And I got a call asking how my cat was doing? I tried to get this and another test they never ran refunded but they refused. I’ve never been to a vet who cared so little about the animals or their owners in my life. Other vets send sympathy cards, they just send you unwarranted bills.

Very nice location with options of treats, toys, and medicine for my kittens. The vet that saw my kittens was as friendly as can be, even providing a lot of caretaking tips that I didn’t know. Can not complain in the slightest. THEY EVEN HAVE FREE COFFEE AND BISCUITS
