    My cat was not eating or drinking. They ran a lot of expensive tests. I got the results in the evening and they were going to run another test. I called the next morning saying that my cat is dying and I think it’s time to put him down. They said they were going to cancel the second test but the doctor would have to make the call to put him down. I called back because my cat had passed. Then three days later they charge me for the second test. And I got a call asking how my cat was doing? I tried to get this and another test they never ran refunded but they refused. I’ve never been to a vet who cared so little about the animals or their owners in my life. Other vets send sympathy cards, they just send you unwarranted bills.

    First time going to this location it seemed like the staff love animals, went in for an emergency checkup and was seen very quickly. Very nice location with options of treats, toys, and medicine for my kittens. The vet that saw my kittens was as friendly as can be, even providing a lot of caretaking tips that I didn’t know. Can not complain in the slightest. THEY EVEN HAVE FREE COFFEE AND BISCUITS

    Such a success! A very nice, clean and friendly environment. The vet tech and doctor were incredible. A special thanks to Alex! She was so gentle and happy with Ben and Ben absolutely loved her. I love their care club program, definitely recommend. I am so happy to have found an amazing veterinarian for Ben. Many thanks! Ben is a 2 year old shih tzu, we love him so much!
