I really appreciated how honest and helpful he was, and he genuinely seemed to care about finding the best solution for my needs rather than just making a sale. Because of his great customer service, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Verizon is lucky to have representative like him!

Miguel from the Caldwell Verizon store throughly explained all of the deals and perks with Verizon. He took his time and explained everything so there were no surprises. The monthly bill came out to be 60 dollars less than what I paid previously with T-Mobile. In previous companies, the amount they say always change when the first bill arrive, this was not the case with Miguel. If anyone is in the Livingston and Caldwell area and you need a phone, stop by and see Miguel.
