    If you want professional service and technical excellence, go see Hector at the Wayne location. This was my 2nd experience in 4 yrs with Hector and I will continue to seek his assistance when securing a new phone.

    I wish I had found this store years ago! I have been a Verizon customer for almost 30 years and always went to the Verizon-owned locations. The team here (Punit/Pete and Hector) have been fantastic. We upgraded four phones and both Punit and Hector were incredibly personable and helpful in getting us the best deals and ensuring that we were able to take advantage of all the promos. There was a glitch with promos on one line but Pete called Verizon and got it sorted out. I also happened to be in the store in January when Verizon had a nation-wide outage. Hector was helping us with one upgrade while patiently answering questions from a stream of people coming in thinking the service issue was their device. Even though everyone coming in had the same exact issue, Hector patiently answered everyone all the while helping us. And just this week we had a billing glitch. I called the store and Pete had it sorted out in no time. He called Verizon customer service on my behalf and was able to convince them to reduce several one-time charges. I had not realized that they have the same access as a regular Verizon store. I found many employees at the Verizon-owned stores distracted and detached. Peter and Hector, on the other hand, were highly engaged and care about their customers. Highly recommend this location!!

    Sleezy business practices - do not trust. My 65 year old VERY ill mother went into the Verizon store in December for a brand new iPhone 17. Halfway through setting up her phone, the associate switched the phone they were setting up- she wasn’t sure why and unfortunately didn’t question it but thought it was odd. Since day 1 she had MAJOR issues (rendering the phone unusable much of the time) with the phone but given that she is so sick we didn’t get back to the store for a few weeks. She is extremely (noticeably) ill and you can see first hand how hard it is for her to get around. She’s on oxygen and severely immunocompromised - so it’s not easy for us to get around. We went back to the store after 40something days bc she had been in the HOSPITAL due to her health issues, and the store informed us that despite her extenuating circumstances, they would NOT replace her phone with a brand new one (bc she was about 2 weeks past the 30 days). They instead encouraged her to use the warranty which would provide her with a a refurbished phone … a month after buying a brand new phone. We literally BEGGED them to help, explaining that she’s terminally ill and a reliable phone is critical. They didn’t care. Despite that my mother was in the hospital for the last month they told me I should have come in for her… and they have “stores everywhere”. Mind you I’ve been a customer over 20 years. There was no compassion and zero exception to the “30 days” so my mother could have a WORKING new phone which she had just paid for. (Not a refurbished warranty replacement). I have spoken to a couple people who believe her phone was jail broken and hacked when she bought it. So- take what you will from this. I would not return here and absolutely would not trust these individuals.

    I have been a customer of this Verizon store for several years and overall it has been a very good experience, mainly because of Puneet. Puneet has been here for years and is consistently great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He has helped me with phone upgrades, watch issues, and general Verizon questions many times. What really stands out is how he can help more than one customer at the same time while still making you feel like you have his full attention. I usually try to come in when he is working because he makes everything simple and stress free. My most recent visit was less positive when I worked with Hector. I came back with an issue on a brand new phone and felt like I was not being listened to. Instead of hearing what actually happened, assumptions were made right away. The issue was eventually resolved with a refund, but the interaction itself was frustrating. Overall this is a good Verizon store and Puneet sets the standard for what good customer service should be. I hope that same level of care becomes more consistent across the team.
