  Review is for: Genius Bar Advisor Brandon. I was happy to have worked with someone who was very chill especially with how hectic the store was at 12ish pm. He had myself and two other customers he was working with at once. Multitasking didn’t seem like a problem. He was able to help me to get back into my MacBook and Apple Watch since I had forgotten my password for both. I obviously need to start writing down these password’s down -___-. Brandon never made me feel like a bother especially since I was there for 1 1/2h-2 hour. Apple has a good egg (Brandon).

  Fui na black Friday, tinha muita gente, mas o atendimento foi bem rapido e eficiente, fiz troca de um aparelho velho, eles descontaram $130,00 por estar entregando um Iphone 12... achei ótimo.

  A waste of time for repairs. The Genius Bar advisors are disengaged, apply sales tactics instead of addressing the reason you scheduled a repair, and gossip amongst themselves about other customers in front of their current customer. As for the repair itself, the team made every excuse not to perform a battery replacement prior to opening it up, pointing out miniscule things on the device as to why it shouldn't be done and instead get additional repairs or a new phone altogether. After taking the phone for 2 hours they returned the phone without the repair as they indicated it had been "exposed" to liquid at some point in time. A new phone of the same model was put "on order" for us without our prior consultation. Meanwhile the phone worked perfectly outside of the battery depleting quickly. Will never return.

  I have to put this review on here to shout out to the manager, Abby during the lockdown the other night with the gun violence from the animals in the food court. She handled everything calmly and professionally and got us all to safety immediately! Apple should recognize her for acting swiftly and confidently in a terrible situation. On top of that, the staff is knowledgeable and always supportive even during their busiest times on the waits can be up to a half an hour. But most importantly, Abby and her staff were completely professional and well trained for this situation that occurred at Willowbrook Mall. The security guards were also quick to respond by closing the front doors of the store in a timely manner and protecting the back door due to the fact that some uneducated ignorant person tried to go through the emergency doors because she had to go do something putting everybody in harms way. It’s amazing how dumb people could be in a scary situation. Thank you🙏

  Thank you so much for being accomodating and kind. I made an appointment last minute for my laptop and 3 phones and had multiple questions. They took me in as soon as I arrived with a great attitude and positivity. I wish I got the names of the people who helped me but I think it was the manager of Genius Bar and the new employee was from Nigeria. Thank you so much to both!
