  I’ve now had two disappointing experiences at this location, but my most recent visit was especially frustrating. I came in to trade in two MacBook Airs (one 3 years old and one 4 years old) both in good working condition and still within Apple’s trade-in window. When completing Apple’s online trade-in questionnaire, I answered honestly. The form asks about major dents or damage, and these laptops did not have that. They had normal cosmetic wear and minor surface marks consistent with used devices. At this store, the employee pointed to tiny cosmetic marks, essentially pinhead-sized surface wear, and classified them as “major dents,” which would have reduced both trade-ins to $0. What made the experience worse was the attitude. Instead of explaining the assessment professionally, he came across as condescending and smug, including saying, “I hope you understand why I can’t mark this in good condition.” I declined the trade-ins and went to the Apple Store at American Dream instead. There, both devices were accepted at full trade-in value with no issue, and I was treated professionally and respectfully throughout the process. That kind of inconsistency is a problem. Apple’s trade-in program only works if it’s applied fairly and reasonably. Based on my experience, this location seems far more interested in gatekeeping than customer service. Two visits, two bad experiences. I won’t be returning to this store.

  Visited the Apple Store Willowbrook Mall to pick up my iPhone 17 with trade-in. I was told over the phone that store staff would help with data transfer, but the in-store experience was disappointing. The salesperson, Manny, was reluctant to assist and simply told us to handle it ourselves. His behavior was unwelcoming and lacked basic customer service. Expected much better from an Apple Store. I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, especially when customers are coming in with prior expectations set by Apple support.

  Have Been a loyal Apple customer since the 80s. I have had all computers and smart phones and Apple Watch through multiple series. I’ve never been treated the way I just was by. Hector Goris. I went to use the restroom and was spoken to and treated like I was committing some sort of crime. Unacceptable get your Customer Service skills together and pick it up a notch. Samsung is more and more tempting. I expect to be contacted by a senior level management representative from the store to discuss further.

  Staff is knowledgeable and helpful compared to others where they are rushed or not too informed on the prices and products - wait time could be improved weekends is hectic . But Zach was so helpful / nice and knowledgeable. For him I’ll wait hours jk
