Trying to save some money on a bill of a family member end up with an extra line and an extra phone saying it will Lower the bill in that way. Bill went up to 211 because of activation fee and other charges and now that we don’t need this new line and phone we have to pay 50 dollars more for returning. Plus they didn’t want to process the return in the store but to do it online. When called 611 they said it’s easier at the store , went back to this store and they took more than 40 mnts doing a return . Horrible experience.
