    My family and I always receive fantastic service at this store. We are bi-coastal so we've visited numerous Verizon stores in California and NJ and this store is my absolute favorite Verizon retail location by far. After my sister and I bought several new phones last winter, I returned in early November several times for assistance with voice mail/ringer issues and had the great pleasure of meeting Verizon Associate Joshua who was immediately and immeasurably patient, professional, kind, responsive, respectful, and informative. I felt so lucky to receive his invaluable support, resourcefulness, and knowledge. I recommend this Verizon store to all my friends, family and colleagues as the customer service is superior to any other. Thank you, Joshua and Andrew, for all your stellar guidance!

    Prey on the fact that people walking in don’t know what they’re doing. Family member got signed up for inexplicable recurring charges on their monthly bill and even incurred multiple professional set up fees when they couldn’t set up the device in store. Please avoid these people and if you have to come here - do you research in advance.
