He knew the products and told me the upgrade I was eligible for and broke it down to the T. At the time I only went in to buy a charger. He asked me if he could go into my account in which I accepted and he told me what I was eligible for. I told him I be back in a week. We went back he was there and he took very good care of me. I purchased the iPhone 17 pro max, the watch and accessories. Transaction from phone to phone went smoothly with no problems. I strongly recommend anytime you are purchasing a new phone or changing anything in your account go see Omar in Voorhees the best customer service I ever had.
