Utterly ridiculous and no resolution - just frustration. HOWEVER, the reason I am writing this review is that I really want to thank Brandon, from the Verizon store at the Cumberland Mall for all his help today, Tuesday 9/30/25. I have very unique physical limitations but Brandon saw me as a person who was having multiple issues with my phone and though it did take some time for him to correct whatever was wrong with the phone, he treated me with respect, dignity and the utmost courtesy while never losing sight of the fact that I was highly agitated (not at him) but because of all the time I spent the day before with no progress after all the time I spent on the phone with no resolution in sight. Brandon truly listened to my issues and got right to work. Brandon took each of my phone's issues and resolved them one by one. It was evident to me that Brandon understood that I needed my phone working properly and back to a functioning communication device because of my health. He was simply amazing to work with. Even though I came into the store like a raging bull he helped me and showed me the empathy and compassion he was capable of and what I needed to feel safe again because I could use my phone again. I also wanted to thank Justin, the Asstant Manager for his help with fixing my issues as well. Lovely working with him as well.

Adrianne was very professional and friendly. Adrianne set up the phones to move the information over. She let us know that her shift was over and Keese (hope spelling is close) very nice professional gentleman came over and finished the copy once the phones were done. He was so nice he took the extra steps to make sure an app I needed MLB copied over correctly because we have tickets to a game we're going to 😍
