- ARAmy ReyesApr 6, 20251.0Even having appointment, we need a screen replacement and the guy in encounter was so rude he could not take care because we was five minutes late. That doesn't make any sense. Five minutes is they should take care because we drive like hour hour and a half. And then his excuse was that he have to replace a whole unit but Apple told me it is only Screen and cost $29 so why we have to pay for a whole unit and wait 4 to 6 business days never recommend this place they try to charge more for no reason.

Destiny was very nice and got everything done very fast and efficiently. Not my usual store but it was worth the drive because of her great customer service!! :)
- IRIsmael RodriguezJul 12, 20161.0Complete rip off. Friend's laptop needed cleaning and some upgrades... They convinced her it wasn't worth fixing and talked her into paying over $700 for a new one, plus unnecessary upgrades and services. The older laptop has a high-end HP Envy with better specs than most of what they cell. I was allowed to keep it and fixed it myself for less than $120. I don't recommend anyone use Geek Squad services without someone with them who understands computers or they will smell you bleeding in the water like sharks.
