Never recommend ever that place
- KWKay WhiteMay 18, 20203.0My husband and I both purchased new iPhones near the beginning of the pandemic. We have always had Android phones. We picked them up curbside, as that was the procedure. We were hoping to get some help setting them up. That did not happen. I managed to get one set up after 4 days. My phone is disabled because I put in the wrong passcode too many times. Every one says it is easy to restore, I have not found it to be so. I would like to just return both phones and go back to the Androids.
