- MHmonay hassanJan 22, 20261.00 stars honestly Worst customer service walked in the workers r all standing behind the counter staring didn’t ask what I needed help with or anything so I started asking my question towards who ever is going to help and they still were standing all looking at me like I’m speaking a different language then said it was to late for me to buy a phone and activate it when I just bought a phone yesterday and activated 30 minutes before they were closing. I think one of the workers behind the registers were the manger and he was totally rude. Best Buy Vineland hire better employees and need better customer service, def was disappointed with the whole encounter.
