I'm an android user so I had no clue. My mom confused pass code with password and in the end we weren't able to access the phone or reset the password (apples problem) however my mom left with a new laptop and I was amazed at the amount of patience Crystal had for us. The store was busy and Crystal was able to help other customers in between (it took apple 3 hours to send us a new passcode) and greeted us when we returned after leaving for lunch. It made a long day not so bad and she is amazing!
