I do not think I have ever been more satisfied with a customer service experience than I was yesterday when I went into the Vaux Hall Best Buy. A quick back story. I had just lost my brand new Samsung 10 ( yes, I know it may be old to many, but I just got purchased it and I was happy with it). Suffice to say, my phone is my life and now I was lost. I was travelling around without my bus tickets on my phone, and my clock. The day was turning out to be a disaster. My computer had only three percent power. But I made it to BB and was directed to Amir. This young man was a straight boss. He was super calm and patient. He logged on, got my account information, took my payment, he got the phone, and had me on my way in under twenty minutes. I was completely lost entering the store and I left a super satisfied customer. We are so quick to want to look at the negatives of our shopping experiences. I have come to realize, especially during Covid, that we all of personal issues and that these issues may, from time to time, manifest themselves on the job. We are in trying times. So maybe we should think about why that server may not of given you the best of service. While I thanked Akim profusely for his professionalism and diligence, I was so excited to be able to come on Google and leave Akim a great review for all to see. He deserves big props from his management as well. You must remember to reward your workers for they are the true and tested ambassadors of your brand. Thank you again Akim for making a bad day great!
