Verizon is charging me a debt of $1300, even though I didn't make any purchases with this company, yet they are damaging my credit score. I need you to resolve this because I've already filed a police report against the employee who did all this.

“I visited the Verizon store on Agoan about three months ago. I asked the staff if they had any promotions, and they said yes. However, after I make a purchase in the store , the promotion wasn’t applied. After repeatedly calling and returning to the store, about three months later, the manager finally reinstated the promotion. But he also added a charge—$25 per month extra for each line—and told me that if I moved the promotion, it would disappear. I asked why they didn’t inform me earlier, and they just said, ‘It is what it is,’ and refused to help further. Very disappointed by their lack of communication and customer support.” When I at T. Mobile I paid $25 for each line. Now I pay 34+8 fees +(10+10+5++5 for Add)=$72 for each line and the signal, too bad, the Internet too slow!!! (Do not switch to Verizon)

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally document a serious issue with my Verizon account that has caused significant financial and personal inconvenience. The situation began when I made an in-store deal with a Verizon representative, who offered me a plan for $110 per month for four lines. He explicitly stated that any remaining charges would be handled by him personally and that I should only pay $110 per month. During this interaction, he also promised a $100 promotion gift card for each phone I exchanged. Based on these assurances, I proceeded with the transaction and switched my lines under the understanding that this agreement would be honored. When my first bill arrived, the amount was $300 instead of the agreed $110. The representative reassured me to only pay $110, claiming the remainder would be managed on his end. However, the following month, the bill increased to $500, which included $195 past due and a $300 monthly charge, with no promotional gift cards received. To make matters worse, Verizon suspended all of my lines and refused to reactivate them until the past due amount was paid. I spent over four hours on the phone with customer service, being transferred between the fraud and financial departments, only to be told that no one had any record of this arrangement. After five days without service, I returned to the store and spoke with Manager Adolfo, who stated that my lines would be restored upon payment of $160. I complied, yet the lines remained inactive. Every subsequent attempt to resolve this in person has been met with dismissal and avoidance by store staff. Due to my phone numbers being unreachable during this extended suspension, I was fired from my job, as my employer could not get in contact with me. This has caused me severe financial and professional harm on top of the original issue. This incident is not isolated to me; at least 10 other customers have experienced the same problem with this location. This pattern indicates a serious issue of misrepresentation and unethical practices. I am requesting the following actions: 1. Immediate investigation into the store and the employee responsible for the misrepresentation. 2. Restoration of my phone lines without further charges. 3. Refund or adjustment of the overbilled amounts to reflect the original $110 agreement. 4. Issuance of the promised promotional gift cards. 5. Acknowledgement of the damages caused by the service suspension, including the loss of my job. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this case to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Communications Commission, and local consumer protection agencies.

I had a bad experience with this service. I was promised a promotion and a special price, but later I found out the information was not true. The communication was misleading, and I felt deceived. I do not recommend this service.” That guy name, Carlos
