The representative was lying and deceptive. The prices range every single month. The representative who assisted me told me to add a insurance plan to our lines for when we need to make a claim. Nobody like to have a damaged phone. I recently damaged my phone. I set up my Asurion account to set up a claim and low and behold claims aren't covered. The "Mobile Secure" plan IS NOT INSUSRANCE FOR YOUR PHONES. Do not get ripped off. ALSO this is not Verizon. This is a VICTRA store. I've been paying a mobile secure for for $21.60 which is CRAP. BEWARE OF THESE DECEPTIVE SALE TACTICS. I'm reporting this to the BBB and Verizon and will be letting all my family and friends know so they can check in with their Verizon accounts.
