    This review is specifically for the store manager, Steve, and I truly hope the District Manager reads this. I came into the Verizon store with an urgent issue caused by Verizon, and instead of helping me, Steve told me word for word that he would not assist me and would not allow any employee to help me because they were “focused on sales.” A manager refusing service and blocking his staff from helping a customer is completely unacceptable. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, and entirely unprofessional. He carries the Verizon name and represents the company, yet he treats customers this way? I left the store shocked and extremely disappointed. I sincerely expect that the District Manager reviews this situation, because no customer should ever be treated with this level of disregard

    Jonathan fixed my IPhone 12 mini so fast! He heard my story on how they almost fixed it the other day and how I really didn’t want to get a new phone because I loved this one due to its size and it being only 3.5 years old. I am so grateful! Thank you so much for listening and being able to fix it when I thought there was no fixing

    The upside? I was able to get checked in quickly, saw a sales rep and ordered my new phone. The downside? The sales rep added two “free” subscriptions to my account without asking me and when I called him on it, he said I can cancel once I leave as he gets perks for signing people up. Moral, check your sales bill prior to confirming.

    I haven't been in this store in years. My first visit back was a mixed bag. A super professional and helpful customer service rep and a rude unprofessional "STORE MANAGER." I found it crazy that the rudest person in the store identified himself as the STORE MANAGER. How disappointing...
