The store is managed by kids. I have 4 personal phone lines. Called to customer service for almost 2 hours, and they couldn’t transfer my lines to a business account. They send me to my closest Verizon location so they can guide me and help me with that. After a long wait the answer I get is that I need to call customer service to transfer my lines. Please use a different store.

I'm a new Verizon customer. I was recommended this store specially by a long term client of them. The deal offered seemed and sounded pretty good to me and it is, yet, there are a lot of flaws going on in the store and between their costumer's phone service and them. I won't be specific but I'll point out that Joel, apparently a very helpful and caring team member of this store lied regarding changing services that I didn't want for my plan. Something that could've been changed right there with their knowledge and my phone he claimed that I have to call costumer service and that it's be the only way to change it. I returned to the store a few minutes later for another reason and thankfully Mario; a very patient and knowledgeable manager did the change in my phone in no time. Joel was certainly trying to get rid of my asap.
Also I made changes 2 days previously through their costumer service line that didn't apply. They were supposed to change immediately, however, Mario took care of it and I hope that this time it stays as I want it.

I had the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service experience at the Verizon store in Union, New Jersey with Donnalynn. It’s the day after Christmas and the line was CRAZY long. She greeted me with a smile and asked what was the reason for my visit. My issue was tech support related. Instead of pushing me out the door, she worked with me to troubleshoot my phone issue and fixed it herself. I’m so appreciative of Donnalynn and will ALWAYS be a Verizon Customer because of her EXCELLENT service !!! Thanks so much🤗

Switched over our family lines from AT&T the team was very knowledgeable and made the process so easy; my bill is even lower than it was before. I recommend this location the store manager Donnalynn was very transparent during the process and made sure I left in a better financial situation phone bill wise 10/10 this is true customer service

Walked in spontaneously to upgrade my
phone, i was greeted right away by the manager Mario. He escorted me to another associate and they both worked together to answer all the questions i had regarding my new upgrade. I wish i could remember the other associates name, but they were both extremely helpful and patient with me, making it a fairly easy process. Definitely recommend!
