    I had a great experience at Verizon last weekend. It had been 4 years since I had a new phone- time to upgrade, Lo! I got the new iphone 17 pro max and I really love it so far! We had walked into the store having the phone already ordered for in-store pickup, and were helped almost immediately upon entering the store. The person helping me was named Jeilidy and she was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions, and grabbed everything I needed.

    I visited this Verizon store to switch from T-Mobile to a prepaid plan, but my experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the sales rep Fioris did not answer my questions about prepaid plans and immediately started pushing postpaid plans, even after I clearly told her that postpaid was too expensive for me. She kept insisting repeatedly and appeared desperate to sell the postpaid plan instead of respecting my needs. I also explained that I had just paid for another prepaid plan and would prefer to start the Verizon plan next month. She tried to confuse me by saying I wouldn’t be billed for a month, even though I clearly stated I understood I would still be paying for the days used in the current cycle. It felt misleading and unnecessary. When she realized I was not agreeing easily, she offered “free Netflix” as an incentive. Later, after involving the manager, they agreed to give me a $30 credit since I had already paid another carrier for this month. However, when it was time to finalize the payment, she suddenly said the Netflix offer was not available anymore, and again tried to divert the conversation by talking about discounts on Fios instead. Overall, this experience felt pushy, misleading, and confusing on purpose. Customers should not have to fight to get clear answers or be pressured into plans they already said they do not want. Be careful at this store.
