The best buy lead straight away denied that they do not install screen guards from Amazon ..I got the iPhone from them and also have total membership . The lady tried to patronize me which I didn't like ...I understand if its a store decision but she can't say it best buys policy . Next year may I will think twice before commiting to stores like best buy ..I don't recommend this store

I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 on 2/17 around 7:30 PM. The website showed them in stock, but they weren’t on the shelf. I waited in line at checkout and asked a gentleman for help. He checked the SKU, went to the back, and found them. He was courteous and helpful. I also asked about trade-ins, and he told me I could trade in my Galaxy Buds3 Pro as long as I had the box.
I drove home (about 30 minutes), grabbed everything, and came back around 8 PM — an hour before closing.
When I returned, I wasn’t sure where to process the trade-in, so I went to Geek Squad. No one was at the desk. The employee assigned there came over from talking with friends and told me I needed an appointment. I pointed to the sign next to us that said walk-ins were accepted. He said he had to work the sales floor and told me to come back tomorrow. After that, he said checkout could handle it instead.
At checkout, a young woman assisted me. She checked one register, gave me an awkward stare, then asked to move to another register. After more time, she informed me that Best Buy doesn’t accept the Buds3 Pro for trade-in — but they accept the older Buds Pro 2 model. That makes absolutely no sense.
Fine. I decided to just buy the earbuds outright. Total: $297.47.
I’ve received a 10% military/veteran discount at this location before (even when it wasn’t advertised), usually approved by a manager. When I asked about it this time, the store manager — an angry woman I’ve never seen before — immediately said they don’t offer military discounts. I understand it’s at management’s discretion, but her attitude was completely unnecessary. She was visibly in a bad mood and clearly taking it out on customers.
To top it off:
I was not initially given a receipt for a nearly $300 purchase — I had to ask for it.
The cashier dropped my earbuds on the floor with an audible thud while removing the security device.
The store itself felt dirty, disorganized, and poorly managed.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location unless it’s your absolute last resort.

I ordered something expensive online and they delivered it to the wrong house… the picture they uploaded was somewhere i couldn’t recognize and the door didn’t even have a house number to locate. I went up and down my block and the package was no where to be found. Horrible delivery service.

Staff there is absolutely terrible. I went to buy a phone today (at least 1000 dollars purchase) but I was ignored for more than 30 minutes. I asked multiple employees to help me and I was ignored. Me and my sister were just standing there watching them pretend to be busy when the store was almost empty. Staff just standing talking to each other, laughing and socializing like it's friends gathering not a business. This is a joke. A gentleman was doing inventory (I think) I approach him and asked for help or if he can get me someone to help me. He was a bit busy and I'm not blaming him for being busy I'm blaming the other staff members who were standing there and doing nothing watching me with a smile on their face. Before I approach them I approached other two workers who completely ignored me and pretended like they didn't hear me. 10 minutes later he noticed me still not being helped, he was shocked and surprised and said "no one helped you yet?" I said no. Hey Ryan and he finally got a female employee who was standing there watching the whole time and pretending not to notice. I feel like she forced herself to come and help us. I asked her to speak to a manager she looked lost and confused but she finally let me speak to a manager. It was a female manger named Maclin I think. She was cold, didn't even apologize and made me feel like I was even overreacting even though I was respectful and calm. When I told her about what happened she said and I quote "oh, no one asked you if you need help?" Then she looked to her co worker and said "you didn't ask if he needed help?" She sounded like she didn't care at all and that she's not even willing to apologize. I said that I'll be taking my leave. I still purchased the phone and I did it online through the best buy app but the reason why I went to the store is that I needed the phone today. This individual who helped me is not fit to be a manager or even a supervisor. She had long braids. I was not that upset before talking to her but after I saw her cold dismissive reaction, I was furious. I decided to leave calmly and make a scene but this unacceptable. This the worst customer service I've ever seen. This happened on Best Buy, 2391 US-22, Union, NJ 07083 location.

Customer service was good,but policy is disappointing
I had a good experience with the customer service staff at Best Buy- they were polite and professional. However, my overall experience was very disappointing. I purchased a brand-new Samsung Ultra for $1,045, and the phone ended up not working properly. Since it was defective, I had no choice but to return.
What's frustrating is that I was still charge a $45 restocking fee, even though the phone was faulty and not due to anything I did. Paying out of pocket for defective product doesn't sit right with me, especially after spending over $1000.
Because of this policy, I wouldn't recommend shopping here for expensive electronics. Good staff, but policies like this make the experience unfair to customers.
