  I went to this location on 2 separate days. On both days the staff was absolutely unhelpful and useless in assisting me with finding the products I was looking for. One employee changed his route to avoid being asked a question. I asked 3 different employees for the location of a webcam and was pointed to 3 different locations.

  Visited the Geek Squad, was helped by Sahata, she was super Friendly, and knowledgeable, was able to help us with the ipad issue, we were having. While waiting for repair we walked around. Store was clean. Staff doesn't greet you as they pass by you, kind of avoid you while on the floor, but on the other hand they dont harrass you with questions nor pressure. Once you need help you can flag them down, and they direct you to the right person or answer questions.

  First ever negative review but here goes. I went to this Best But location to visit the geek squad for an iPhone repair. The geek squad employee (initials DP) told me that my phone was not able to be repaired but since I have AppleCareplus he would be able to provide a replacement phone for $99 plus tax and I could keep my broken phone in the interim. He said I’d have my new replacement phone Iin 1-3 business days. Naively I accepted his offer. I even convinced my husband to get his phones broken screen checked out while we were there (for $30!) We left the store and after 6 hours received a call that my husbands phone couldn’t be fixed due to an “Apple service outage” but my request had gone out for a replacement. They were unable to refund my husbands service fee. I’m now one week out, still phone less, with no updates to my replacement phone order queue. I’ve called the geek squad multiple times and can’t get through to anyone. I just want my phone! Or at the very least my $99 back.

  Will never visit this best buy again on rt22 in union nj...most tvs had no prices and workers didn't want to help.. this one lady standing up front when you first walk in was helpless and seemed happy to not want to help i think she had dreds... this place is helpless i won't be back to that one

  After a terrible experience with the Best Buy in Woodbrodge NJ, I had an amazing experience here. Their site showed that they had 6 of the item in stock. I went there and found it quickly. They did in fact have 6 in stock. Right after picking it up a gentleman called me over to his station to pay for it. He was very kind and helpful as well. I almost considered using Best Buy again because of him. However, I ordered another item off of bestbuy.com. It said it was delivered, but the picture shows it at a completely different house. They are so unorganized and terrible.
