He ensured me that the order I never got would not be charged I told him I saw it under pending . He then said oh it won’t come up and was showing me it was incomplete. Two days later it’s posted on my account and then I called customer service and they called the store and whoever was working just hung up on the customer service supervisor.

When I walked in an employee named Alex came over to help us and he did an amazing job with our account. He got us all the discounts and promotions that he could with our account and we ended up leaving with an upgraded phone paid off bill free subscriptions and Netflix Hulu Disney+ ESPN and Apple TV and he essentially have us paying two dollars less than our bill has been originally for the last couple years so I would recommend this store and the employee Alex to everyone.

He told me a perk of my phone was having hbo and netflix and i saw the screens said it was 10$ a month, he said “no we will waive it for the next 3 years! “ i said ohh cool awesome then yeah ill take it. Got my bill notice today and it is in fact NOT FREE for 3 years. shame. I called Verizon customer service right away, thats false advertising. Lucky they were able to take it off my bill right away but thats ridiculous, beasting that commission so badly you need to lie??? Insane. This man was about 18-25 light skin. Would not go here again if thats how you do services by lying to customers yikes! i see why you guys have bad ratings.
