We were thrilled with the professional and friendly customer service by Dave and Brandon. They were so patient with us and so very knowledgeable. We walked out with 2 new iPhone 17 pros! Very happy with our experience with these two gentlemen. We highly recommend using this Verizon store!

Spoke to me supremely rude, did not help me, made me feel like I was a burden with a simple easy question. Objective third party person next to me overhearing this call actually commented how rude he was. Go anywhere else or order online with fast shipping.
