In a few minutes this guy figured it out and in 48 hr. s my phone would be fine once more. And it is. This Verizon store charged me NOT ONE PENNY, and invited me to return for any other needs that might arise. Great store be and staff. Highly recommend this location . Thanks for your help!

After purchasing I discovered they had changed all the plans and when confronted was told I should of read the agreement better. Will NEVER send anyone to this store, but Thanks for the lesson I'll be moving the rest of my family to a different service provider.
