    Verizon has become the worst home internet and cellphone provider by faaaar. This store in particular has 4 to 6 guys standing there with no intention to help you resolve any problems or questions. They do want you to sign up with them and encourage to get the most expensive stuff. They must get commissions, but once you are locked in they lose interest because they already did their part. If you want to cancel the account, there is nothing they can’t do at the store, BUT if you want to add lines they are ready to jump on you like hyenas. Talk about a company’s principles and virtues.

    Now I see why the Succasunna, NJ Verizon location on Rt. 10 has such low reviews. I arrived at about 930 am, a little before opening, just as an employee was walking in. I did not get his name, but he was very tall, dark hair, facial hair, driving an X3 (because I saw what car he got out of). This is the only information I have for this employee. I asked him if I can return my FiOS equipment and he told me no. He told me I can drive to Rockaway because they ‘specialize’ in FiOS. This didn’t make any sense, but I wasn’t going to argue. I then called Verizon and ended up in the Chester store. They both told me that they have no problem taking a back Verizon equipment at any store. Verizon, we had your service for over 20 or 30 years. I have no services with you at this point. This is important mostly due to your horrendous customer service.

    I came in this store looking to port my business account from T-Mobile to Verizon. I used to be a Verizon customer and was thinking about coming back. Immediately coming into the store I was greeted by Sam Youniss. I noticed a bit of smell of liquor but I thought nothing of it but as the conversation proceeded and I handed him my ID his body language changed. He started speaking more aggressively and almost in a demeaning manner. I asked him if he was ok and he responded very shortly. He then proceeded to ask if I was from Palestine, which shocked me because I’m in the store asking about business plans and not ethnicity. I asked him what did that have to do with the conversation and he gave me a very aggressive stare. It made me feel very uncomfortable because why is this negative energy being pushed on to a customer. When I initially walked in I noticed a blue jeep with a flag hanging from the back and as the transaction proceeded I realized he might be the owner of the vehicle and therefore is treating me poorly because of me being from Israel. As the conversation proceeded he got more and more aggressive and almost seemed like he did not want my business. Before I finalized the transaction I decided to change my mind and not close with Verizon. As I proceeded to leave he whispered “Ya aḥfād al-qiradah wal-khanāzīr” to me which roughly translates to “ descendants of apes and pigs “ a common saying for people that project hate towards Israeli people, which made me very angry but I decided to leave peacefully and not start any problems. This is a terrible image for the company to have employees that are mistreating customers with antisemitism and not only that involving politics and religion into something that has nothing to do with anything. I read the reviews on this store and apparently this is not the first time this man does this. I cannot believe Verizon hires employees like this and allows this type of behavior to happen multiple times without any type of consequences. Absolutely unacceptable.
