Was charged twice for another account after promising I wouldn’t. Phone didn’t work for a day after promising it would transfer, I had to call customer service to get it working. Aside from getting the phone, almost everything you could think of, went wrong.

Buying a new phone usually feels overwhelming to me, but thanks to an employee named Cory, the experience was completely different—in the best way. Cory was kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help. I can’t say enough good things about him. The saying, “I appreciate you,” has a whole new meaning to me after working with Cory. I unfortunately have not experienced this wonderful treatment in other stores. If you’re looking to purchase a new phone, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Cory. His coworker also stepped in at one point to assist, which was also so nice. Thank you again, Cory—Gwen and I appreciate you!
