The manager helped me first and then Don stepped in and made sure I was completely taken care of from start to finish. The service was smooth and professional. I was able to trade in my old phone on the spot and I did not have to pay anything upfront for the upgrade. I only paid the activation fee and the accessories I chose for my new iPhone 17 Plus Max. Everything was explained clearly and the process was fast and easy. The customer service was excellent and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to upgrade their device.
