He helped me decide what plan AND which devices made sense for my family, taking time to explain things, answer all my questions, and helping us set up our new devices. In addition, there was a very complicated transfer to Verizon based on technical issues on the former carrier's side, and he went above and beyond helping me navigate *their* customer service systems to get technical assistance. Sunil even checked in several days later to see if the issue was resolved, and personally followed up with my former carrier and spent hours making sure my family's phone numbers were properly ported. Thank you so much for helping my family, Sunil!
